NO CASH REFUNDS
Within 48 hours of receiving your order the customer should contact us to inform us if they would like to exchange their item. In order for an exchange to take place the customer must follow the following.
1. Ensure the item isn’t a bathing suit, intimate item or white clothing or items from our hair collection. There is absolutely NO EXCHANGE on these items.
2. It must be unworn, unused, with no tears or ripping of the garments, and returned in its original condition.

Customers can then exchange the item for another size in the same item or similar/same value. Please note all exchanges are facilaited through our courier service and the cost is incurred by the customer.

Contact us today with your order name and ID number to process your exchange.

Cancellation Policy
If the customer fails to answer their phone after the second attempt by the courier service the order will be automatically cancelled.

If the customer fails to pick up their order after two attempts their order will be automatically cancelled.

If the customer places an order and waits for the courier service to reach the delivery point destination for the customer to cancel their order the delivery fee will be incurred by the customer.
